| Research Abstract |
鹿児島大学中西名誉教授(現山田研究分野特任教授)により国内で開発された組織適合性抗原の確立したクラウンミニブタを用い、肝細胞増殖因子(HGF)による腎移植拒絶反応抑制効果の検討、並びにドナー特異的な末梢性免疫寛容の導入を目指した実験を行った。初年度(平成19 年度)は、ミニブタ細胞免疫アッセイと同種間腎移植急性・慢性拒絶反応モデルを確立し、平成20 年度は本移植モデルを用い、HGF 投与による導入期拒絶反応抑制効果を確認する成果を得た。その成果は、国際移植学会および米国腎臓学会において口演演題として採択され、またin vitro 培養試験およびミニブタ腎移植モデルの第一・二報はそれぞれ米国移植学術誌に掲載された。またHGF の効果については論文投稿の段階に至っている。
