Research Abstract |
卵巣癌の微小環境によるシグナル分子のエピジェネティックな変化に伴い、HIF-SNAIL-E-cadherin 経路、S100A4-RhoA 経路、Hedgehog 経路、さらにTGFβ経路の活性化が、卵巣癌細胞の播種性転移を促進させることを明らかとした。さらにRhoA、Hedgehog、TGFβの各シグナル経路を阻害する低分子化合物は、卵巣癌播種性転移の治療薬となりうることを明らかにした。
