Research Abstract

ラットにおいて血管結紮クリップを用いて顔面神経不全麻痺モデルを確立した。また作成した顔面神経不全麻痺モデルに対して、大耳介神経移植にて舌下神経-顔面神経端側縫合を応用した神経移植により舌下神経から神経入力が誘導され、表情筋への神経二重支配が発生すること表情筋運動、神経トレーサーを用いて証明した。
