| Research Abstract |
Non-coding RNAs and RNA chaperone proteins such as Hfq or CsrA/RsmA in periodontopathic bacteria, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitas and Porphyromonas gingivalis were identified using computational prediction analysis and molecular experimental-based approaches, shotgun cloning. The expression patterns of ncRNAs in human gingival fibroblasts with bacterial lipopolysaccharide were also analyzed by microarray.
