Research Abstract

今回提案した研究課題を通じて、マラッセ上皮遺残細胞の長期間の培養に成功した。次に培養マラッセ上皮細胞は歯髄細胞と共培養することで、エナメル芽細胞に分化した。さらに、組織工学的手法に用いて、培養マラッセ上皮細胞と歯髄細胞を移植すると、移植体の中にエナメル質が形成した。これらの結果から、マラッセ上皮遺残細胞がエナメル質形成能力を持っていることが確認でき、予定した研究課題を成就できたと考えられる。
