Research Abstract

本研究は、口腔乾燥症(ドライマウス)の新しい治療法を開発するために、唾液腺再生をめざして、臓器形態形成機構を解明することを目的としている。具体的には、胎生期マウスの唾液腺の分枝部位(cleft)と非分枝部位(bud)から、上皮組織を摘出し、比較することにより、形態形成に寄与する新規遺伝子群を明らかにすることである
