Research Abstract

表在性真菌症の正確な診断/治療法の確立を目的とし、リスクグループであるドライマウス患者を対象に臨床的・基礎的プロファイル化による診断マニュアル作成を試み、それらの信頼度向上のため全国的ネットワークの立ち上げを試みた。
1)簡便で定量的Candida検出法の検証
2)口腔症状から診断用CandidaCFUカットオフ値設定
3)宿主血清学的検査値の相関成分および宿主由来の新たな抗カンジダ活性物質の同定
4)H-2ハプロタイプの異なるマウス口腔カンジダ症モデルにおける病理組織学的分析
5)多施設ネットワーク作成共通プロトコール設定
