Research Abstract

本調査研究では、大きなリスクを内包していると思われる中国の原子力発電所と化学プラントを対象に現状調査を行い、社会、組織、個人それぞれのレベルにおいて事故やトラブルの発生に係わる根本原因を、中国の発展経緯および文化的背景の基に分析した。さらに、これらの要因を技術的基盤の構成要素に集約し、プラントシステムの安全確保に向けた共通性の高い対策を抽出し、対策系としての共通基盤である安全文化の醸成(安全文化の概念や構成要素、評価ツールなど)に資する各種の情報を得た。
