Research Abstract

画像の輝度変化に影響されず, 個々の画像要素の属性(移動物体, 背景, 環境変化等)を判断し, 複数の移動物体の識別・追跡が可能な動体検知システムを開発することを目的とする
過去, 独自に開発してきた単体の静止物体に対する識別フィルタである放射リーチフィルタや単体に移動する物体の識別手法を応用し, 動画像中に複数存在する移動物体を個々に同時識別し, かつ追跡する新たな処理技術の構築を行う
