Research Abstract

主観的時間を理解しようとするとき、客観的出来事の系列と、これに対する解釈という二つの階層が要請される。本研究は、二つの階層が独立に維持されながら、混同され、交代さえ起こりえるという理論を提案し、それによってデジャブや因果関係逆転知覚等、主観的時間を特徴付ける現象が説明できることを示した。さらに認知実験によって、主観的時間の伸縮を或る程度制御可能であることを示し、細胞レベルでその意味をモデル化した。
