| Research Abstract |
水産生物などの生物資源の保全や管理を実践するうえで,繁殖単位の特定(すなわち遺伝的集団構造の把握)が重要となる.この目的のためには,得られる遺伝的データに対して,適切なモデルと推測方法が必要となる.本研究では,集団間の遺伝的差異の推測において従来の方法を凌駕する方法を開発し,その方法を実装したプログラムをフリーソフトPOPDIF として提供可能とした.
