| Research Abstract |
発生初期の中枢神経系で見られる広範囲伝播脱分極波から、成体呼吸中枢リズム活動へのスイッチングがどのようなメカニズムで起こるのかを明らかにするために、光学イメージングによる解析を行った。発生の早い時期にはobexから腰髄までの多数の領域から起こっていた自発性脱分極波は、発生の後期にはほとんどが腰仙髄から起こり、その後の広範囲伝播性の消失が契機となって呼吸中枢の自発的リズム活動が発現してくるものと考えられる。
