Research Abstract

交感神経系において、節前ニューロンの軸索が、節後ニューロンの樹状突起や細胞体棘にどのような3次元的展開を示して終末するのか研究を進めた。今回、標的器官の違いによる相違を類型化することを目標として、促進性のアセチルコリンと抑制性のGABAの共存の観点から検討した。眼球、顔面上部と中部皮膚、耳下腺、顎下腺、口腔粘膜に投射する節後ニューロン周囲のGABA含有終末を観察したが、特有の関係を見いだすことは出来なかった。一方、同時に観察した頚髄のγ運動ニューロンの一部はGABAを含有することが明らかとなった
