Research Abstract |
本研究課題では、マウス大脳皮質発生過程において、側脳室に面する脳室帯(VZ)から移動を開始する2つの集団に関して移動様式を検討した。一方はVZ内で最終分裂を終了するもので、約10時間VZ内に留まったのち、分裂を伴わずに多極性細胞へと形態変化し、VZのすぐ表層側に集積する。一方、VZを出発してもまだ分裂能を持つ細胞集団は脳表面側へと伸びる長い突起を有し、前者よりもより表層側へ早く移動し分裂する。
