Research Abstract

エイズ脳症発症のメカニズムを明らかにするため、ヒト脳微小血管内皮細胞(HBMEG)培養系の簡易血液脳関門(BBB)モデルを用いて、H-V-1gp120によるBBB破綻とその制御機構について解析を行った。その結果、14-3-3tが、gp120によるZO-1等のタイトジャンクション(TJ)構成蛋白質のプロテアソームによる分解を防ぐ事で、TJの崩壊に抑制的に機能している事を明らかにした。
