Research Abstract

LPS 刺激による炎症条件下では、GDNF 遺伝子は従来の神経栄養因子として分泌されるタンパク質をコードしている mRNA の他に、新規の単一エキソン型GDNF mRNA が誘導され、その翻訳物は細胞内において神経栄養因子とは別の役割を演じている可能性が示唆された。
