Research Abstract

コンドロイチン硫酸プロテオグリカンは、成長因子、ケモカイン、細胞外基質分子等、様々な蛋白質とコンドロイチン硫酸の糖鎖構造依存的に結合し、その機能調節に重要な役割を果たしている。本研究では、コンドロイチン硫酸プロテオグリカンが、小脳皮質におけるプルキンエ細胞-バーグマングリア細胞間および 大脳皮質における神経芽細胞-放射状グリア細胞間の相互作用に寄与し、神経細胞の形態形成を制御していることを明らかにした。
