Research Abstract

酸化ストレス発癌モデルとして認知されている鉄ニトリロ三酢酸誘発ラット腎癌は高い染色体不安定性(染色体レベルでの広範なゲノム変異)を示すことを, アレイCGH解析により明らかにした。各種のヒト散発性がんに頻繁に見られる染色体不安定性を再現する動物モデルとして確立することができた。さらに、高頻度に染色体変化が見られる部位において, 酸化ストレス発癌に関わる遺伝子をいくつか見出した.
