Research Abstract

ボクセルサイズ1mmの成人男性頭部モデルに対し、204チャンネルの脳磁計測用グラディオメータ出力のリードフィールド(エントリーは約5億4千万個)計算を可能にした。これによりモデルの灰白質位置に脳神経活動を模擬した等価電流ダイポールを配置した際の、脳磁計測結果のシミュレーションを可能とした。最近の並列化技術により計算速度を向上させ、数値電磁界計算技術の側面から、高速・高精度・高信頼度のMEG計測システムの確立に寄与できた
