Research Abstract

ヒト掌の汗腺は直径約40μmのらん状の管であり、汗が真皮内の腺細胞から吸い上げられ、汗腺を通って体表に放出される。本研究では、従来のタイムドメイン方式OCT(TD-OCT)より100倍高速の光周波数掃引方式OCT (SS-OCT)を用いて、100フレーム/秒で500枚のOCTを取得し、OCT立体イメージを構築した。これを用いて汗腺のダイナミクスを立体的に追跡した。さらに、最大値投影OCT(MIP-OCT)を用いて、1mm四方に3-5本ある複数の汗腺ダイナミクスを追跡した。
