Research Abstract

遠赤外線により強く増殖が卸制される細胞に共通の遺伝子であるATF3を外陰部癌A431、舌癌HSC3、歯肉癌Sa3細胞に導入した過剰発現細胞は、増殖が抑制されることが明らかになり、細胞の膨潤変化も認められた。また、siRNA法を用いて作製されたATF3遺伝子抑制舌癌HSC3細胞は、遠赤外線による増殖抑制効果が軽減された。この発見により、遠赤外線効果をもたらす薬剤の開発や臨床応用が可能になるものと考えられる。
