Research Abstract

電磁波エネルギーに反応する多機能ナノデバイスとして、生体安全性の確立されている色素、インドシアニングリーン(ICG)と金ナノ粒子(GNP, ~60nm)の結合体(ICG-GNP)を創製し、基本特性を評価した。その結果、ICG-GNPは細胞内に取り込まれ、近赤外光によって励起される蛍光標識の役割を果たすことを確認した。本結果より、ICG-GNPは動脈硬化診断・治療に適用できることが示唆された。
