Research Abstract

chitin binding domain またはcellulose binding domainと細胞成長因子(FGF2, BMP2, VEGF165)との融合タンパク質を作製できた。これらはキチンまたはセルロースに結合するばかりか、結合すると遊離の場合より細胞に対する活性が高いことがわかった。これらを用いてFGF2 の結合している人工ニッチでは幹細胞の未分化を維持し、ニッチ外へ出た細胞の分化を誘導するという同時制御を実現できた。
