| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、細胞の機能をコントロールできるペプチドハイブリッド足場材料の設計を行い、組織工学や再生医工学への応用を目指す。その結果、細胞接着性ペプチドとβ-シート構造を組み合わせることで、3次元足場の創出に成功した。オリゴペプチド固定化材料の創成においては、アルギン酸にβ-シート構造を形成するペプチドを非共有結合型架橋剤として導入し、アルギン酸ゲルの作製に成功した。また、血管内皮細胞増殖に関するペプチドを合成しその機能を評価、顕著な細胞増殖活性を有することを明らかにした。
