Research Abstract

我々は、diastolic color kinesis index (CK-DI : 拡張早期30%時間以内に拡張した面積を全拡張期時間で変化した面積で除した値) を用いた、拡張機能評価の確立を試みた。動物実験では、CK-DI法は左室拡張能の薬物療法による改善を感知した。また、心筋梗塞患者を用いた臨床研究では、従来評価し得なかった正常と思われる非梗塞部位の拡張機能の症例における違いを感知した。以上より、CK-DI法は、病態解明、診断法として新しい情報を臨床現場に提供する方法であることがわかった。
