| Research Abstract |
肝のKupffer 細胞機能を高感度で定量的に評価できる方法は現在のところ報告がされていない。しかし、Kupffer 細胞機能が低下すると考えられているNASH の診断が、超音波造影剤を用いることにより非侵襲的に行い得る方法を確立した。
