| Research Abstract |
フィードフォワード制御(自発的外乱前に出現する姿勢反応)の姿勢筋活動パターン(筋モード)と筋モード間の協調性(筋シナジー)における学習効果について初めて明らかにした.立位姿勢不安定状態での繰り返し訓練によって同時収縮パターンから相反収縮パターンに変化し,協調性の有意な増加が示された.さらに,加齢によって立位姿勢安定状態であっても相反収縮パターンから同時収縮パターンへとシフトすることが明らかとなった.
