| Research Abstract |
脊髄損傷ラットと正常ラットを用い、寒冷受容体TRPM8の作動薬のメントール、熱受容体TRPV1の作動薬のカプサイシンと類似構造を持つラズベリーケトンと42℃の温熱が排尿機能へ与える影響を調ベ、メントールが膀胱平滑筋の弛緩作用を持ち、メントールの膀胱内注入が脊髄損傷ラットの膀胱容量を増加させること、ラズベリーケトンと42℃の温熱が膀胱平滑筋の弛緩作用を持つことを明らかにした。
