| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、上肢を免荷して肩の負担を軽減し、上肢の随意性が容易に発揮できる状態で多様なパターンの運動を頻回に反復できる上肢運動療法装置を開発することである。上肢免荷機構を組み込んだ運動療法装置を製作し機能評価を行った結果、介助による訓練しか実施できなかった被験者が、本装置によって介助なしの訓練を行うことができた。また、随意運動を誘発するための上肢伸展時の機能的振動刺激の併用は、上肢運動における痙縮の減少に効果のあることが判明した。
