| Research Abstract |
アルコール・薬物乱用とエイズ・性感染症のリスクを重ねもつ若年層のニーズをカバーする健康教育を画策することを目的として,国内外の健康教育実践についての情報を収集し,整理を試みた。収集資料,聞き取り,参与観察などから,若年者のrisk-taking behaviorとメンタル・ヘルスという観点に立って,二つの健康問題を関連させてとりあげる健康教育の意義を指摘した。性や物質依存にかかわる若者の問題を「非行モデル」でとらえない視点の補強は,健康教育実践者・介入対象者や医療・ケアの提供者の両方にとって有益であると思われた。
