Research Abstract |
中高年者に対する標高1500mにおける歩行運動は、標高2000m時に比べて、運動中の動脈血酸素飽和度の応答および自覚的運動強度の変化等からみると、適度な低酸素の負荷がかかり、十分な効果が得られること、運動終了後、速やかに副交感神経活動の亢進がみられ、末梢循環および動脈スティフネスを一時的に改善すること、さらに、定期的な歩行運動は、安静時の末梢循環を改善することや動脈硬化の予防や改善等に期待できることが示唆された。
