Research Abstract

ホザキノフサモのアレロケミカルである脂肪酸について、放出速度を把握した。放出速度に基づいて脂肪酸とポリフェノールをシアノバクテリアの培地に連続添加し、シアノバクテリアの増殖への影響を評価した結果、脂肪酸とポリフェノールによってホザキノフサモのシアノバクテリアに対するアレロパシーを概ね説明しうることを見出した。さらに、緑藻や珪藻よりもシアノバクテリアの方がアレロケミカルに対して敏感である可能性を認めた
