| Research Abstract |
大気粉塵中に含まれる元素の選択的な分析法の確立を目指して、新たなイオン化源の開発を行った。赤外レーザーにより試料を載せた金属基板を加熱し、レーザーの強度を変化させることにより蒸発する原子の種類をコントロールした。蒸発させた原子は、紫外レーザーによりイオン化し、質量分析計によりイオンを検出した。その結果、赤外レーザーの強度に依存した質量スペクトルの変化が観測され、温度制御による元素選択的な分析が可能であることが示された。
