Research Abstract

1) in vivo 試験において、抗原単独投与群で認められた好酸球性気道炎症や抗原特異的イムノグロブリン産生等のアレルギー病態はナノチューブ + 抗原群において有意に増悪した。一方、ラテックスナノ粒子曝露は、同気道炎症やアレルギー反応に有意な修飾影響をもたらさなかった。 2) in vitro 試験において、樹状細胞にin vitro で上記ナノ素材を曝露したところ、同細胞でのアレルギー関連分子の表面発現やTリンパ球増殖能が増強した。
