Research Abstract

希薄な揮発性有機化合物の濃縮・放電プラズマ分解において,閉流路中での大気圧バリア放電(閉ループDBD)により連続フロー処理の場合に比べて約3 倍の分解効率を達成した.また,ディーゼル排ガス中の極小微粒子(DPM)も電気集塵法により捕集が可能で,局在化させたDPM とNO xは閉ループDBD により効率的に同時分解する事を示した.本方式は希薄な気体状有害物質の処理に非常に有効であることを示した.
