| Research Abstract |
本研究は, ビスマス系酸化物高温超伝導体に内在するナノ構造におけるスピン伝導に関連した量子輸送を制御・利用する超伝導スピントロニクスの創製を目指し, 磁性体/酸化物高温超伝導体ハイブリッド構造を作製し, そのスピン輸送特性について調べた。その結果, ナノ構造に起因する固有ジョセフソン接合の臨界電流は, 磁性体の磁化特性と密接に相関関係を有することを見出した。これは, 固有ジョセフソン接合の臨界電流が磁性体からのスピン注入により制御できることを意味しており, 同接合のスピンデバイス応用の可能性を示すものである。
