Research Abstract

新しい多機能バイオナノシリカ粒子を作製し、標的とする細胞ヘターゲッティングを検討した。粒子作製においてサイズ分布が均一なナノ粒子、様々な蛍光シグナルや表面電荷を持つ粒子、抗体を表面に結合した粒子の作製が可能となった。多機能バイオナノシリカ粒子は粒子サイズや粒子表面特性の違いにより様々な様式で細胞ヘターゲットすることが電子顕微鏡などの形態学的評価で確認できた。
