Research Abstract

本研究では、温度応答性ポリマー等の環境応答性分子を用いて、原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)等による単一分子操作等技術に役立つ知見、特にAFM探針の先端での「可逆」な応答が可能な実験系の構築を行った。その結果、AFM探針にタンパク質分子を吸着させた状態で、温度を変化させながらポリマー表面への吸着力を制御することに成功した。最近開発されたプラトー探針を用いると極めて安定した測定が可能となり、10回温度変化を繰り返しても可逆な制御が可能だった。
