Research Abstract

本研究開発においては、「カーボンナノチューブ多項目高感度バイオセンサーアレイ」の開発を目指す。金属表面に高密度のカーボンナノチューブを形成し、カーボンナノチューブ表面にプローブDNA や抗体を固定化する。カーボンナノチューブに結合したDNAや蛋白を電気化学的に酸化・還元することにより、標識なしで電流として直接高感度に検出する。本課題では、これをチップ上にアレイ化し、多くの健康マーカーを網羅的に解析するQOL向上、家庭内診断チップを開発することを目的とする。
