Research Abstract

本研究では,生活用製品業界における事故回避のために,企業,市民,行政の三者間における事故情報活用システムのモデルを構築した.企業内での設計・運用間でのトラブル情報の共有化構造に,社会全体での事故情報システムを統合したものである.特に市民ユーザの安全意識を高め事故情報やリコール情報を効果的に活用するために,Web利用を含めた事故情報活用システムのプロトタイプを作成,評価した.
