Research Abstract

It is essential for the local government to cooperate with regional frameworks in wide-scale disaster. However, they have problems of communication for such collaboration. No communication channel, misrepresented and so on. Our basic researches show that we have to design the interface in view of the properties and circumstance of recipients.
