| Research Abstract |
ケモカインファミリー遺伝子は進化速度が特に早い. そのメンバーであるカニクイザル特異的CXCL1L遺伝子は, mRNAは発現するにもかかわらず, タンパク質はほとんど合成しない. その翻訳抑制機構を解析し, ケモカイン遺伝子進化との関係において考察した.
