Research Abstract

以前独自に開発した、bioorthogonalな官能基であるアジド基やエチニル基の特性を活用した非放射性光親和性標識法のさらなる有効化を目指し、光反応性官能基であるジアジリニル基とアジド基またはエチニル基とを融合させた新規検出基導入用タグ一体型の光クロスリンク官能基の開発を試みた。その結果、アジドジフルオロメチルジアジリニル基およびエチニルジフルオロメチルジアジリニル基を有する化合物の合成に成功するとともに、光反応および修飾反応のモデル実験からこれら官能基の実用性を示すことができた。
