Research Abstract |
本研究課題は先天性胆汁酸代謝異常症患者尿中に顕著かつ、特異的に排泄される3β-hydroxy-Δ^5構造をもつ多重抱合型胆汁酸を取り上げ、有機合成化学的手法を用いて標品の高効率な化学合成法を確立すると共に、液体クロマトグラフィー-質量スペクトル(LC-MS)法を駆使し、生体試料中に存在する3β-hydroxy-Δ^5胆汁酸多重抱合体を疾患マーカーとする高感度で信頼度の高い直接一斉分析法を確立する。
