Research Abstract

本研究課題は、平安朝前期の漢文書簡を基礎資料として、中国文学を中心とした表現受容の実態を明らかにしようとしたものである。
以上のような課題意識から導かれた成果として、以下の4点が挙げられる。
(1) 文学研究・受容史研究の立場から、空海書簡の表現を検証することによって、その特色・独創性ある表現が同時代人と較べて豊かであることを実証的に示した。
(2) 語彙索引と校訂本文を私家版ではあるが、完成の目途を示すことができた。
(3) 文学研究の観点から分析・検証することにより、従来見落とされてきた表現から新たな書簡内容をあきらかにできた。
(4) 受容史研究の観点から書簡表現に分析を加えることにより、表現受容の実態と空海独自の表現形成を跡づけることが可能となった。
