| Research Abstract |
ディアスポラのアイデンティティは常識的には堅固なものだと考えられているが、決して不変のものではなく、時代状況の変遷とともに変わっていく。その変化を主導する重要な要素は文学であるとの仮定の下、トランシルヴァニアのドイツ人、ブコヴィナのユダヤ人、チェコおよびシンガポールのタミル人マイノリティなどの文学を材料に、グローバル化のなかでマイノリティが自らのディアスポラ・アイデンティティをいかに捉え直そうとしているのか、またその再編の中で彼らの文学がいかなる変容を遂げつつあるのかを分析し、そこに描出されたマイノリティ意識、すなわちアイデンティティの変遷を検証した。
