| Research Abstract |
中南米出身の日本語弱者に対する行政や司法の場面でのコミュニケーション支援に必要な基礎研究として、スペインとペルー・アンデス地域のスペイン語との違いを分析し、日本と中南米諸国およびスペインの法律や司法制度を比較研究し、国による用語の違いを明らかにした。地域でのスペイン語ポルトガル語による情報提供状況を調査し、問題点を指摘した。外国からの移民を多く抱えるスペイン・カタルーニャ自治州の司法通訳制度と、移民への言語政策を調査した。
