| Research Abstract |
港湾空間が変化する際の要因として、港湾分区の指定が無分区となったことをきっかけとして、都市地域が港湾空間に変容し、新たに都市的土地利用が行われることが明らかとなった。それは、港湾機能の変化とともに主要な港湾機能が沖合に移動し、それに隣接する都市地域が港湾機能が抜けた古くからの港湾地域に侵入することがおもな要因として考えられる。また、都市計画や港湾計画などの「地域計画」が港湾地域の土地利用変化に影響を与えていることが明らかとなった。
