| Research Abstract |
This study aims to make clear the feature of intellectual property trusts mainly from the viewpoint of the general theories on trusts. As a result of this study, intellectual property trusts is not theoretically different from other trusts, but has strong continuity with trusts of chose in action. From this view, the legal relationships of intellectual property trusts can be considered for new types, as the inventor should be the trustee, so this study will be developed more in the near future.
