| Research Abstract |
人格主義生命倫理が前提にしている「身体と精神の全体であり統一」である人間観は、自然科学と精神性をともに重視する日本人にとって親しみやすいものであり、最高原理である人間の尊厳原則も、平和を希求する日本人のメンタリティと合致する。自然科学的データの正確な把握に基づいて、医師の職業倫理規程の法律への格上げを図ったドイツ胚保護法やイタリア生殖補助医療法の方向が目指されるべきである。
